Goals & Objectives of the Position:

  • Manage the installation operations of the Residential New Construction department, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews.
  • Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-time.
  • Responsible for layout, design, and labor efficiency/management of jobs. Maintain the highest level of standards for time management and quality completions.
  • Assist with annual performance reviews, merit pay raises (with VP of Construction Operations’ approval), discipline, hiring and termination.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all RNC job-sites.

Employment Requirements:

  • Prior work experience: 5+ years as an HVAC Installer
  • Educational degrees: High school education or equivalent
  • Certificates & licenses: 06A Electrical License, Idaho HVAC Journeyman, Gas Mechanic I or II License, Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
