“I had Brian and Jared as my install team today and they did a phenomenal job. Jake was onsite for a bit as well. Brian and Jared were very professional, on time, courteous and did a great job of instructing me on how to use the new heating/cooling system that they installed. Removal of the old traditional A/C and furnace was done with respect for my house (not running into walls or doors and they protected my stairs). Brian and Jared took the time I needed to go over all of the new components by reviewing maintenance needs, what to look for, what each part of the pump, furnace and thermostat did and what I need to do on my end to ensure a long life of the equipment. I am highly satisfied by the whole team, including Bill Todd who was my salesman who is knowledgeable, but did not pressure me at all. It was a great experience!”
