“2x I had to call R&R for an emergency service. The first in the middle of winter when my heat died in the middle of the night (due to a relay on my furnace) and the outside temperature was 10 degrees. David in the office was a rock star and was able to get a technician out the next morning. Colby the technician was quick to diagnose the problem and correct it so that we we were able to get the heat turned back on, and also did a full service of my equipment to ensure that we did not have any additional problems in the works.

Last week as the temperature was reaching 90 degrees and supposed to get into the 100’s this week I found the lines to my heat pump had accumulated a significant amount of ice and I was forced to shut off my AC where the inside temperature rose to in excess of 85 degrees rapidly. Calling R&R again I was able to speak to David, who again was able to arrange to have Colby come out to the house the next day. Both David and Colby were fast, efficient, and not only solved the problem but explained it as well as the cause so I can avoid similar issues in the future.
