“Alban came out and diagnosed our AC unit. He explained the problem and showed me the part that was bad explained how it is supposed to work and the range it should be in for proper use. He showed me the cost of the part and he had one with him in the van. Once I agreed to the price he installed the unit and checked the entire ac unit outside and in the house. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing along the way and if there were any other problem areas that should be addressed. He made sure all connections and systems were working properly and what I should do for routine maintenance throughout the year. I appreciate the thoroughness and explanation of what he was doing while working on the repair. Our AC unit is now working and we are thankful for the quick response and communication about pricing and availability. I would definitely call again if I need any service or repairs.”
