“My furnace was on its last leg and needed to be replaced! I called last Friday to set up an appraisal appointment, and immediately was set up with sales rep Perrin. I explained what was happening with my current furnace and due to it turning off and on with the cold weather he came out on a SUNDAY! Perrin had a lot of explanations for the replacements and services that would best fit my house! Total time spent going over everything was about an hour!
I did get other bids and made my decision on Wednesday to go with R&R because I liked Perrin presentation and time spent explaining what would best for my house. I was given two furnaces to choose from comfort or performance, which I went with performance! Because I currently had no heat Melissa was able to get me an appointment Thursday for installation ♥️
For installation I had Brian and Colton! They arrived on time and ready to get to work! Oh, let me add they gave ME a box of cookies! They were friendly, funny, and explained everything that was wrong with my old furnace! Because they worked me into their schedule another install guy Bill came to help assist with removal of the old furnace to speed up the project! They cleaned up everything perfectly and spent extra time making sure the heat pressures were right and a good force of heat was coming from the vents! Brain went over the final paper work explaining permits and how to call the city inspector.
My expectation for my services were above and beyond and I’ll definitely have my AC unit replaced this spring with R&R and request Brian and Colton again!”

“I am beyond impressed with the R & R installation team. Brian Estrela and his crew came to install a new furnace in my 1940s home after the original one had a cracked heat exchanger. During installation, Brian noticed that the condensation trays that sat above the furnace had MELTED due to how oversized the original furnace was and made sure it was communicated clearly to me the impact it would have if the coil and tray assembly was not replaced as well. One thing led to another, and we ended up needing to replace the whole AC unit as well. Even though the additional work and cost was unexpected, I was again impressed by the clear communication and expertise brought to the table by the installation team. Within the next day, I had a new furnace, new AC unit, and a new return line run through the home to ensure that the new equipment was able to deliver the best performance possible. The team ran into numerous roadblocks during the installation due to the age of the home and odd configuration of plumbing, duct work, wiring, etc., but they resolved each issue quickly and skillfully.
All that to say, if I ever need anything done related to my heating and cooling again, I’m 100% going to call R&R – they get things done right!”
