The installation team – Jerry and Walter – were very respectful of my home and very patient with challenges as they arose. They let us know when they were on the way, kept to regular hours so as not to disturb us and were completely competent in their jobs. They went above and beyond – putting plastic and paper down to minimize mess and even brought us cookies! Once work was complete, they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.
