From the initial meeting with Randy, project management with Rex as well, to installation with JJ, Bradley and Jake, these guys were everything I could have hoped for: super knowledgeable, amazing customer care, complete professionals and a treat to work with. It’s not a fun starting place to realize that my heating system was outdated and broken down. But because of these guys at R and R, the whole process was understandable, affordable and about as easy as I could have hoped. This was a big overhaul, with outside complications as well, but each step of the way, they made sure that I understood my options, they met with other trades to coordinate timing for the project, and they showed up when they said they would, always with confidence and good cheer. I truly can’t say enough good things about R and R. My house is warm and state of the art, and I will never go anywhere else. These guys are IT!”
