“The service I received from my first call to request an appointment to the completed maintenance and diagnosis of what caused our furnace to stop working was exceptional! My first contact was with Angelina who kindly offered helpful tips and gave a message to a service technician to call me after his shift ended. Both employees were very friendly and understanding of my situation. The service tech, Alban, who was sent to our house was extremely courteous in calling ahead to tell me exactly when he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable as to how to diagnose and fix our furnace. He did a thorough 20 point inspection and communicated throughout the process to educate me as to what he was doing. I learned more about our type of furnace and required maintenance (unlike any furnace we had previously experienced) than what we were told when purchasing the new house. Alban was able to give us a discount that he was aware of from a company email he had received that very day. The furnace is working great and I highly recommend
