“This man appeared to be knowledgeable about our system and he explained what was going on with it. Apparently it is very dirty., which make sense to us. We have been here 8 years and I’m sure the previous owners did nothing to upkeep as they knew they weren’t staying here. So it has been a lot of years since cleaned if ever! We are now going to get our ducts cleaned then the furnace fan cleaned which is totally disgustingly filthy. This man has a great personality and is an asset to your company.”
