“Tom was amazing! He explained the job so well when he came to give a quote that we knew right away we trusted him. He just finished our gas hot water tank install and we are very happy with how it all turned out. He is a very knowledgeable and competent person plus very personable! We would you hire him again and will recommend him for sure!”
- Peggy B.
“The R&R crew that did our installation today was definitely a five star! They were thorough in explaining everything to us about our new system,, did a great job of making everything tidy and professional looking. Thank you to Kolton, Kaden, Victor and Jared!”
- Kelly M.
“Last Thursday and Friday Bryan and Jared removed my 27 year old furnace and failing AC unit, replacing them with a new heat pump and gas furnace. The job took two days and their work was very professional. the heat pump is working as I type. I especially appreciated their explanation about all the features, sensors and thermostat operation. They were quite thorough and had answers for all my questions. Someday I may need my 2nd furnace and AC replaced, I'll ask for these guys.

“We were very pleased with all aspects and employees involved in our service. Braden was fabulous with the initial diagnostics and ensured we were billed appropriately. Bill provided expertise with analyzing our situation. We had really wanted to replace our dying AC with a heat pump, but Bill’s thorough analysis of our HVAC system layout, he determined that a heat pump would not work. Jason and Kayden were very thorough, courteous and willing to explain their work to us. New AC is working great! Thank you!”
- Peter & Mary J.
“I am beyond impressed with the R & R installation team. Brian Estrela and his crew came to install a new furnace in my 1940s home after the original one had a cracked heat exchanger. During installation, Brian noticed that the condensation trays that sat above the furnace had MELTED due to how oversized the original furnace was and made sure it was communicated clearly to me the impact it would have if the coil and tray assembly was not replaced as well. One thing led to another, and we ended up needing to replace the whole AC unit as well. Even though the additional work and cost was unexpected, I was again impressed by the clear communication and expertise brought to the table by the installation team. Within the next day, I had a new furnace, new AC unit, and a new return line run through the home to ensure that the new equipment was able to deliver the best performance possible. The team ran into numerous roadblocks during the installation due to the age of the home and odd configuration of plumbing, duct work, wiring, etc., but they resolved each issue quickly and skillfully.

All that to say, if I ever need anything done related to my heating and cooling again, I’m 100% going to call R&R – they get things done right!”
- Brett S.
“Josh, our service technician, provided excellent service to clean our ducts and provided guidance to ensuring healthy HVAC quality going forward. Definitely will be using R&R in the future!”
- Brett S.
“Zac Holt was very professional and efficient. He explained everything to us and was very thorough. The ducts hadn’t been cleaned since the house was built and he did a great job.”
- Christine S.
